Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fresno, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: Complete traffic signal installations at Amador and Trinity and Church and Waldby Avenues. This work includes installation of City Provided new traffic signal poles, conduits, video detection, traffic signal controller cabinet. ITS equipment, service cabinet, conduits, pull boxes, conductors, concrete curb ramps, limited sidewalk reconstruction, slurry seal, and signing and striping. Bid Bond 10.00% Payment Bond 100.00% Performance Bond 100.00% Liquidated Damages $500 per calendar day Start/Delivery Date After Notice To Proceed Project Duration 180 working days from Notice to Proceed Online Q&A No Question Deadline 04/16/2024 Any questions or concerns relating to these Specifications shall be directed in writing to the designated Procurement Specialist of the Purchasing Division and shall be sent by facsimile to the RightFax number on the cover page.
