Site work for a road / highway in Festus, Missouri. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway.
As of April 29,2024 The project was cancelled and no specific date when will it rebid Furnish and install approximately 850 LF of MoDot MGS Guardrail with 8 Post, including 2 Type-A crashworthy end terminals. Maintain through traffic during construction using traffic control devices and flagmen. The Scope of Work for the Guardrail Project will be available by request and a site visit is preferred but not required. Bid will follow the MoDot "Midwest Guardrail System" and include all labor and materials for the project as well as all other incidental items. The City of Festus anticipates issuing notice to proceed in May 2024. The City intends to award the contract to the most responsive, responsible bidder submitting the lowest bid and reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any irregularities in the best interest of the owner.
