Saving Project...

Renovation of a water / sewer project in Hanahan, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Bidders for providing all labor, equipment, materials, tools, services and incidentals necessary for the renovation of the existing second story space within the Stoney Filter Annex building to a Process Control center located at the Hanahan Water Treatment Plant (Hanahan WTP) in Hanahan, SC. The Project consists of renovations to the existing Stoney Filter Annex building, including the addition of a new plant control room, conference room, sample tap room, kitchen, mud room, restrooms, shower, file storage space, janitor room, and associated improvements to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and SCADA system. Civil/site work of this Project will include the installation of one (1) new sanitary sewer pump station (SSPS), associated gravity sanitary sewer line, and sanitary sewer force main tie-in. It is critical that plant operation is not interrupted beyond what is allowed by the Owner in the contract documents. The estimated construction cost for the project is in the range of $4.5 million. The Owner reserves the right to amend the RFQ at any time and only those contractors registered with Engineer will receive amendments.
