Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Big Lake, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Work Includes the Construction of Approximately: 13,500 Sq Yd Mill 1" to 2" Asphalt Pavement 1,600 Ton Pave 2" Asphalt Pavement 700 Lin Ft Replace Concrete Curbing 650 Sq Ft Replace Concrete Sidewalk Panels 30 Each Reset and Adjust Sewer Castings 1,500 Sq Ft Restore Lawn Boulevard 2,160 Sq Ft Crosswalk Multi-comp Markings (City Wide) 10,000 Lin Ft Solid and Skip Striping (City Wide) Together With Numerous Related Items of Work, All in Accordance With Plans and Specifications. This Project is Subject to Responsible Contractor Certification. The Plan Holders List, Addendums and Bid Tabulations Will Be Available or Contact City Engineer Layne Otteson at Lotteson@biglakemn.org Or 763-251-1984 : a Proposal Bond in the Amount of Not Less Than 5 Percent of the Total Amount Bid, Drawn in Favor of City of Big Lake Shall Accompany Each Bid the Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Any Irregularities and Informalities Therein and to Award the Contract to Other Than the Lowest Bidder if, in Their Discretion, the Interest of the Owner Would Be Best Served Thereby.
