, for the furnishing of all labor and material for the construction of Pickle BallCourts at the City's Hudson Woods Park. Major quantities for the Work include: o Excavation of site and Erosion Control o Concrete Flat Work including Color Coat o Black Chain Link Fence including Swing Gates o Octagon Picnic Tables (2) with 11' Umbrella's Contact Norm Michels at 763-251-8011 or email nmichels@biglakemn.org for any questions regarding layout design. Final Grading and Irrigation work will not be Part of the Bid Process. Bids shall be directed to the Streets/Parks/Fleet Superintendent, securely sealed and endorsed upon the outside wrapper, "BID FOR PICKLE BALL COURTS. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the Owner.
