Private Property Sanitary Sewer Lateral Rehabilitation (Phase 2) City of Muskego Waukesha County, Wisconsin Project involves replacement of approximately 65 sanitary sewer laterals, including but not limited to: lateral pipe bursting of approximately 6,430 L.F. of 4-inch and 6-inch sanitary laterals, pavement and lawn restoration, and erosion control. The Project Manager for this Project is Mike J. This Work is funded in whole or in part by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District's Private Property Infiltration and Inflow Program. Awarded Contractor must be an MMSD approved Contractor. All Work is included in a single prime contract. Each entity obtaining Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office will be designated as a Plan Holder of Record. Bids received from entities who are not Plan Holders of Record may be returned as being nonresponsive. To demonstrate Bidder's qualifications to perform the work, all bidders must be an approved MMSD (Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District) Contractor and must provide Bidder's MMSD MOU as confirmation of their qualification information. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bond or Certified Check payable to the City of Muskego equal to 5 percent of the Bid. If the successful Bidder fails to execute the Contract and furnish payment and performance bonds within 15 days after the award, the Check or Bid Bond may be forfeited to City of Muskego as liquidated damages. Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages. The City of Muskego reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject any and all Bids.
