This project, officially known as Tess Corners Drive Bridge Replacement, involves removing four pipe arch culverts, constructing a temporary diversion channel, stream restoration, constructing a two cell box culvert, concrete curb and gutter, base aggregate, guardrail, asphalt pavement, landscaping restoration, traffic control, and erosion control. All work is included in a single prime contract. Project Description Construct a dual cell 12x5 box culvert along Tess Corners Creek as well as a temporary diversion channel. Reconstruct approximately 80 feet of roadway on Tess Corners Drive, which includes concrete curb and gutter, base aggregate, guard rail, asphalt pavement binder and surface course, rough and fine grading of the proposed BMP, traffic control, landscape restoration, and erosion control.
