The City of Bartlett is seeking bids for Public Works Fill Sand, Limestone, Rip Rap Bidders may direct general inquiries to Dick Phebus, Finance Director at 901-385-1050, email dphebus@cityofbartlett.org or concerning specific requirements, in writing, to Director of Public Works, Matt Crenshaw, by email mcrenshaw@cityofbartlett.org. The intent of this request is for the City of Bartlett Public Works to purchase Fill Sand, Limestone, and Rip Rap for the period July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2027, with the option to renew for three (3) additional years periods, July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2028, July 1, 2028, through June 30, 2029, and July 1, 2029 through June 30, 2030 upon mutual agreement of both parties subject to the Terms and Conditions listed in this bid. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding process.
