Germantown Road, Bartlett, TN 38133 and Ellendale Elementary, 6950 Dawn Hill, Bartlett, TN 38135 All pricing must be completed on Bid Sheet provided. Pricing quoted shall be Bartlett City Schools' final actual delivered and installed cost and shall include but shall not be limited to, all labor, materials, permits, supervision, tools, equipment, cleanup and/or any other activities required to complete the project as indicated and/or specified herein. F.O.B. Destination. Deliveries and installations for three (3) locations: Appling Middle, 3700 Appling Road, Bartlett, TN 38133, Bon Lin Middle, 3862 N. Germantown Road, Bartlett, TN 38133 and Ellendale Elementary, 6950 Dawn Hill, Bartlett, TN 38135 Bid pricing quoted shall be firm until the project has been successfully completed and accepted by Bartlett City Schools.
