Renovation of a municipal facility in Bartlett, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Bartlett is seeking bids to furnish and install (3) HVAC roof top replacement units at the Bartlett Performing Arts and Conference Center. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding process. PROJECT SCOPE The purpose of this project is to replace existing roof top HVAC units at the Bartlett Performing Arts & Conference Center (BPACC) located at 3663 Appling Road, consisting of (2) two 2.5 ton York units and one (1) 2 ton York unit. Work will include reclaiming the refrigerant from the three existing units, the removal of the existing units and the installation of the new HVAC units in a fully operational manner and with a water tight installation. 1. USE OF BID FORMS These Contract documents include a complete set of Bidding and Contract forms which are for the convenience of bidders.
