The City intends to engage the services of a qualified Proponent for the supply and delivery of Light Emitting Diode, LED Traffic Signal Displays modules, including vehicle red, amber and green indications according to the minimum performance requirements for 200 mm (8 in) and 300 mm (12 in) LED vehicle traffic signal modules while in service, provided in the Appendix One, Specifications, and the Appendix Four, Performance Specifications of the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE). The Red, Amber, Green, and arrow LED bulbs within the City of Lethbridge were replaced roughly 12 years ago and are due for replacement. This project will help the City of Lethbridge procure the bulbs needed to replace the first half of the cities Red, Amber, Green, and arrow LED bulbs, over the course of 5 years.
