Brief description of project: Replace existing 480V switchgear for North Denver plant with new switchgear that fits within existing switchgears footprint. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, drawn on a solvent bank in the State of Nebraska, or a bid bond in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid of all contract construction costs, made payable to the City Treasurer of the City of Hastings, Nebraska, as security that the bidder to whom the contract may be awarded will enter into a contract to build all the improvements in accordance with this notice and give bond in the sum hereinafter provided for the construction of improvements.
