Renovation of a mixed-use development in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and stadium.

School district of University City Proposition U The 2024 Bond Proposition U was passed by voters on April 2, 2024. As of August 6, 2024, immediately after passage, the Board of Education authorized work to start on playground upgrades at Jackson Park and Flynn Park, expanding upon the work already underway at play areas at Barbara C. Jordan, Pershing and Julia Goldstein. The board also approved a construction manager for Bond Issue Work. Most projects will be started Summer/Fall 2024. Outdoor Public Address Systems will be Spring 2025-Summer 2025. Potential projects are expected to be completed in 3 phases. First phase is June 1, 2024-May 31, 2027. Phase 2 June 1, 2027-May 31, 2030. Phase 3 June 1, 2030-May 31, 2033. This bond issue will fund capital improvements for academic programming (indoor/outdoor classrooms), safety (entrance vestibules), infrastructure (roofing, flooring, grounds) and athletics (multipurpose fields/track at University City High and the field at Brittany Woods Middle School).
