Renovation of a fire / police facility in Quincy, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

The City of Quincy reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any and all proposals. The City of Quincy reserves the right to accept the most advantageous proposal for the City. The Scope of Project is for the Quincy Central Fire Station Roof Replacement project. The Central Fire Station is located at 906 Vermont Street, Quincy, IL. The entire Central Fire Station roof is to be replaced, with the exception of the south portion of the Central Fire Station building, which covers the workout room. As part of the proposal, we request recommendations on whether to repair or replace the roof section that is located on the Eastern most end of the building known as the Aerial Bay.
