New HVAC System for Adams County Courthouse 521 Vermont Street, Quincy, Il 62301 Work generally consists of a complete Mechanical / HVAC replacement of approximately 70,000 SF of the Courthouse Facility. Also includes demolition of existing Mechanical / HVAC systems, new electric service, selective acoustic ceiling tile replacement, selective lighting fixture replacement, and general construction work related to the installation of the new systems. Asbestos abatement of piping insulation containing asbestos materials is also part of this project. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the TOTAL BASE BID. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of the Adams County equal to this amount will be an acceptable Bid Bond.
