The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) invites prospective bidders to review and respond to the attached Invitation CHP Trinity River Area office HVAC Maintenance Services License Requirement: C-20, Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning Contractor. Questions Due May 3, 2024 @ 10:00 a.m. Bidders shall submit questions via email to Tessa Gomez at tegomez @chp.ca.gov The term of the resulting agreement is anticipated to be effective from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2027. Contractor shall acquire and submit to CHP, and thereafter maintain for the contract term and any extension thereof, an original fidelity bond in an amount not less than $25,000, If the tentative low bidder is not a certified DVBE or small/micro business, a bid preference up to five percent (5%) is available to a responsive non-small business claiming twenty-five percent (25%) small business subcontractor participation with one or more small businesses.
