Description

Renovation of a fire / police facility in Eagle River, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

The Keweenaw County Board of Commissioners is seeking bids for a new roof on the sheriff's office: o The current chimneys should be taken down, below the roof line and capped appropriately in the attic space. The remaining holes in the roof should be appropriately patched. o The existing roofing, on the sheriff's office building, should be torn off and disposed of properly. o Any problem areas beneath the existing roofing should be repaired. o The new asphalt shingle roofing should match the other three buildings on the campus.
