Renovation of a parking garage in Eagle River, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
Boiler Indirect Water Heater and Air Handler System Storage Garage Specifications the Garage is 40 X 72 With 14 High Ceilings the Interior Walls and Ceiling Are Insulated With Spray-foam and Covered in Metal. There is 3/4 Pex Tubing Installed in the Concrete Slab for in-floor Hydronic Heating With Two Separate Zones, East and West. Fuel is Propane, and is Connected to the Exterior of the Building. The Keweenaw County Board of Commissioners is seeking bids for the following: BOILER: An appropriate sized Weil McClain boiler to be installed and connected to the in-floor tubing. There is a dedicated electric circuit run to the location of the tubing for the boiler. A programmable thermostat to be connected for each zone. : INDIRECT WATER HEATER: A 30-40 gallon indirect water heater to be installed and connected to the boiler. AIR HANDLER/AIR EXCHANGER SYSTEM: An appropriate sized air handling system to be installed. Carbon monoxide detection to be connected to the system, as well as any other code requirements. A manual switch/control to be connected to operate the system. Electricity will need to be run as appropriate.
