Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Project Description: Renovations and Additions to Pewamo - Westphalia Middle/High School: Renovations include upgrades to the HVAC systems. Classrooms, Library, Gymnasium and additional areas will receive new units with air conditioning. The existing steam system will be replaced with natural gas boilers, air-handlers, chiller and new exhaust and relief fans. Lights will be upgraded to LED. Renovations and Additions to Pewamo - Westphalia Elementary School: Renovations include upgrades to the HVAC systems. Classrooms will receive vertical units with air conditioning and new ceilings. The existing steam systems will be replaced with natural gas boilers, rooftop unit, chiller, pumps and piping. Lights will be upgraded to LED. Bid Requirements: Each bid must be accompanied by the following Sworn and notarized Familial Relationship Disclosure Affidavit. Sworn and notarized Iran Economic Sanctions Act Affidavit. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid is required. Pre-Bid Meeting Date: There is no pre-bid scheduled for the project. Bid Security: Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid. Tentative Schedule: Anticipated award of contract: April 2024 Construction Start Date: Summer 2024 Project Final Completion: August 2025
