The Village of Westphalia will receive sealed bids for two individual roadway improvement projects. The Village is requesting Bids for the construction of the 2026 Chip Seal Program 2026 Chip Seal Program Project The project includes the construction of approximately 22,500 square yards of single chip seal and fog seal on nine street segments in the Village of Westphalia, including traffic control, soil erosion inlet protection, and all related work. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. A pre-bid conference will not be held. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The Village of Westphalia reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the Village of Westphalia. Question Deadline 10/21/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered Plan Holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
