No definite date for the rebid.** Fabrication and installation of approximately 100 feet of fence, 4 feet tall, on the south elevations of the Trinity House Theatre/Union Briggs Cemetery. Material shall be 1/2 " solid square bar with pickets diamond punch, 1 1/2 " x 1/2 " channel horizontal, one pedestrian gate, and a powder coat, satin black finish. Contractor is required to use an auger or similar installation process; no digging is permitted. The new fence shall match the existing fence. The contractor must handle all measurements, obtain and pay for all required permits, licenses, inspections, approvals, and fees, and ensure conformity with applicable codes, rules, and regulations. All necessary equipment and personnel must be provided by the contractor. Instructions to bidders: Bids must be submitted on the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN) website. All requested information and pages must be completed in compliance with instructions. Bidders must provide at least three references for similar projects completed in the last five years, including contact names and phone numbers. Bid submission must include the total work time needed to complete the project, including any prep time. Company awarded the bid must provide a City of Livonia Certificate of Insurance, evidence of various insurances, and, if subcontractors are used, a material and labor bond.
