Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Livonia, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility; and one-story above grade educational facility.

The work consists of Phase #5, Bid Pack #1 for Summer 2026 Bond Work for Livonia Public Schools. Sealed bids, including all required sworn and notarized disclosure statements, must be submitted electronically or in person by the specified due date and time. Bids must remain firm for sixty days. Oral, telephone, fax, or email bids will not be considered. A pre-bid meeting and walkthrough is available but not mandatory. Successful bidders for proposals of $50,000 or more must provide a satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond for 100% of the bid amount, with bond costs included in proposals. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any bids in whole or in part, to award contracts other than to the low bidder, to waive irregularities, and to make awards in the owner’s best interests. Each bid must include a 5% bid bond or certified check, a sworn criminal background affidavit, a sworn familial relationship disclosure, a sworn Iran Disclosure Statement, and a sworn non-collusive affidavit.
