Bid submission must include total work time needed to complete project, including any prep time. 2. Plant new shrubs, grasses and perennials at the Entrance to the Kirksey Recreation Center. If needed, the plantings may be completed in the fall and spring. 3. An alternative landscape design and plant list may be submitted for review. 4. Each contractor is responsible for taking their own measurements. 5. Contractor must provide all equipment and personnel necessary to perform the required services. 6. Contractor must haul away all refuse and clean site after competition of project. 7. Contractor is responsible for any damage to parking lot, parking blocks, light poles, underground wiring, etc. 8. Contractor must contact MISS DIG before digging. 9. All quotes must be submitted on bidnetdirect.com
