Construction of the Jasper Sewer Treatment Plant This project consists of upgrades to the existing Jasper Sewer Treatment Plant (STP)including a new flow meter, a new chlorine contact chamber, replacing four aerators, clarifier rehabilitation, and new site piping. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his or her bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. All bidders must be licensed General Contractors as required by the Contractor's Licensing Act of 1994of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee and qualified for the type of construction being bid upon. No bid may be withdrawn within 60 calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
