Description

Demolition, site work and addition to a detention facility in Jasper, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the addition of a detention facility; for the demolition of a detention facility; and for site work for a detention facility.

Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bidder's bond executed by the bidder and a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Tennessee, for the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount bid. The successful bidder will be required to execute an AIA A312 Performance Bond in the amount of One Hundred (100%) of the contract price. Bonds must be accompanied by Power of Attorney.
