Material cost adjustments will be considered at the end of each contract year. Weld County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in the bids, to award the bid to multiple vendors, and to accept the bid that, in the opinion of the Board of County Commissioners, is to the best interests of Weld County. The bid(s) may be awarded to more than one vendor.
