In accordance with M.G.L. c. 30, 39M, it is the intention of the Town of Franklin to retain the services of a construction firm for the purposes of constructing approximately 850 feet of waterline improvements along Fales Street within the Town of Franklin. The work to be performed will include excavation, water main installation, temporary water main bypass, trench patching with hot mix asphalt, and other incidental work as required. Work under this Contract shall be paid for at the contract unit bid prices, which shall constitute full compensation for all material, labor, equipment, etc., required to satisfactorily complete the work.
