Renovation of a golf course in Lexington, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a golf course.

Question Cutoff Date: 4/3/2024 12:00 PM (ET) If the bid is $50,000 or greater, bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government in an amount not less than Five Percent (5%) of the base bid. Bid bond shall be executed by a Surety Company authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and countersigned by a licensed Kentucky Resident Agent, representing the Surety Company. Bid Bonds are not required for bids under $50,000. A cashier's check or irrevocable letter of credit is an acceptable form of bid security. The Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government has set a goal that not less than ten percent (10%) of the total value of this Contract be subcontracted to Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, which is made up of MBEs and WBEs, and set a goal that not less than three percent (3%) of the total value of this Contract be subcontracted to Veteran-Owned Small Businesses.
