Brief Scope of Services: Mitsubishi Uninterruptible Power Supply has reached past its 15-year end of life cycle and will need replacement and power requirements supported for new installation. Replacement of the equipment is critical in maintaining operational readiness of the Bellevue City Hall electrical systems that support the MEC 2 data center. Any oral communications will be considered unofficial and non-binding on the City This document seeks to define the general operating parameters and Scope of Work (SOW) necessary to meet the requirements as the contracted Mitsubishi UPS replacement provider for the Bellevue City Hall. Contractors interested in performing the UPS replacement outlined in this Scope of Work (SOW) for the city shall use this document as a supplement to the Request for Proposal (RFP) instructions. The Contractor shall perform the work described in the Scope of Work, which is attached hereto as Attachment "A" and by this reference is incorporated herein. The awarded contractor may provide additional recommendations to further expand the Scope of Work (SOW) determined by expertise in the field, equipment application, unforeseen conditions and or overall job requirements. 5.1.
