Description Work contemplated to be performed under this contract is as follows: o Construct Cement Concrete Curb and Gutter o Construct Cement Concrete Sidewalk o Construct Cement Concrete and Asphalt Concrete Driveway Approach and Driveways o Construct ADA Compliant Curb Ramps o Construct Patterned Concrete Entry Treatment o Grind and Overlay o Install New Watermain o Storm Drainage Improvements o Convert Existing Speed Radar Sign from Solar to AC Power o Permanent Signing o Traffic Control o Property Restoration Please see the plans and specifications for more detail. BID BOND REQUIRED: Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the form of cash, certified check, cashier's check or surety bond in an amount equal to at least 5% of the amount of such bid. Checks shall be made payable to the City Treasurer. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into a contract and furnish a satisfactory performance and payment bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid bond shall be forfeited to the City of Bellevue. The City of Bellevue reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities and informalities in the bidding process. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date and time set for the opening thereof.
