Phantom Lake Restrooms Sewer Lift. TIME OF COMPLETION: Work under this contract shall begin with Notice to Proceed from the City. Work shall be completed by 12/31/2024 Scope of Work: R24-47 Phantom Lake Restrooms Sewer Lift Station Replacement Remove the existing lift station at the Phantom Lake restrooms and replace with Pentair Myers pump system or per approved equal. Parts List and Brochures are attached as part of this Bid Package. It is the responsibility of the contractor to provide all supervision, prevailing wage labor, materials, equipment, service operations and expertise required to complete this project for the City of Bellevue in accordance with specifications and site plans as follows Project Name R24-47 Phantom Lake Restrooms Sewer Lift Station Replac Site Location: 2064-2098 156th Ave SE, Bellevue, WA 98007 Description Removal and replacement of existing lift station at the Phantom Lake restrooms. Provide all supervision, prevailing wage labor, materials, equipment, service operations and expertise required to complete this project for the City of Bellevue in accordance with specifications and site plans. Project Manager Estimate: $95,000.00. The City of Bellevue reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive irregularities and informalities in the bidding process. No Bid may be withdrawn until sixty (60) days after the date and time set for the opening thereof.
