Site work for a water / sewer project in Bellevue, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work contemplated to be performed under this contract is as follows: Replacement of six (6) commercial meters with new piping, meters, vaults, connections, storm water drainage improvements and surface restoration. BID BOND REQUIRED: Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the form of cash, certified check, cashier's check or surety bond in an amount equal to at least 5% of the amount of such bid. Checks shall be made payable to the City Treasurer. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into a contract and furnish a satisfactory performance and payment bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid bond shall be forfeited to the City of Bellevue. The City of Bellevue reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities and informalities in the bidding process. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the date and time set for the opening thereof. No pre-bid meeting will be offered as part of this project.
