Site work for a water / sewer project in Bellevue, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Removal and replacement of existing lift station at the Mercer Slough Winter's House. Provide all supervision, prevailing wage labor, materials, equipment, service operations and expertise required to complete this project for the City of Bellevue in accordance with the attached specifications and site plans. Site Location: 2102 Bellevue Way SE, Bellevue, WA 98004 Project Manager Estimate: $95,000.00 Work under this contract shall begin with Notice to Proceed from the City. Work shall be completed by 12/31/2024 Performance bond, Payment bond and retainage are required on this project. The City of Bellevue reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive irregularities and informalities in the bidding process. No Bid may be withdrawn until sixty (60) days aher the date and time set for the opening thereof Working hours shall be limited to comply with Bellevue City Code: Chap. 9.18 - Noise Control, construction and related activities shall be limited to between the hours of 7:30 am and 3:30 pm . Other time restrictions may apply to in-street activities during peak hours. Variations will be considered on a case by case basis and must be approved by the Project Manager.
