Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of: (a) Pavement Rehabilitation (i) Daly Street N - Lorette Avenue to Pembina Highway (ii) Dudley Avenue - Daly Street N to End (iii) Harrow Street - Sparling Avenue to Harrow Street E (iv) Irene Street - Waller Avenue to Sony Place (v) Lorette Avenue - Pembina Highway to Daly Street N (vi) Sparling Avenue - End to Harrow Street (b) Asphalt Pavement Reconstruction (i) Adamar Road - Pembina Highway to End (ii) Dudley Avenue - Pembina Highway to Daly Street N (c) Concrete Pavement Reconstruction (i) Irene Street - Clarence Avenue to Waller Avenue The Bidder shall include in their Bid Submission bid security in the form of a digital bid bond, in the amount of at least ten percent (10%) of the Total Bid Price Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
