Renovation of an educational facility in Richmond, Kentucky. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Eastern Kentucky University is seeking proposals from qualified firms for architecture and engineering services for the Burrier Building Tower project. Eastern Kentucky University is soliciting Statements of Qualifications for the selection of an Architect/Engineer firm for a repair project for the Burrier Building. No pricing, cost or fees should be provided with your proposal. After the firm is selected, a Notice of Intent to Award will be issued. At that point, University representatives and the selected firm will begin negotiations to agree upon a 'not to exceed' (NTE) fee for the services. The form of the awarded contract will be a Personal Service Contract (PSC), with a set NTE dollar amount, that will be submitted to the Kentucky State Government Contract Review Committee for review and approval. A sample PSC is attached for review purposes only and should not be submitted with proposal. Successful Offeror must be registered with the Kentucky Secretary of State Office as required by Kentucky law. Y
