Scope of Work The City of Saginaw is soliciting sealed bid proposals for the Saginaw Wastewater Treatment Plant Chemicals per specifications found in the bid document. Deliveries to the Wastewater Treatment Plant shall be in trucks with pneumatic unloading facilities to the following address: 2406 Veterans Memorial Parkway Saginaw, MI 48601 (989) 759-1632 Liquid Chlorine must meet the latest AWWA Standards for potable water treatment for Fiscal Year 2025, beginning July 1, 2024, and ending on June 30, 2025. bid bond, certified check, or cashiers check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount bid must be submitted with any bid in excess of $100,000. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids,
