Renovation of a residential development in Saginaw, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
1) Grab bars-Install grab bars at bathtub. 2) TV room flooring-Properly repair structural flooring TV room flooring. Install new carpet with a proper padding. All carpeting must be professionally installed. 3) Interior doors-(6 units) Remove and install all existing interior doors with 6 new pre hung birch veneered flush doors. Include all required hardware and trim. Paint/stain the new doors as required. Include all new locksets. Properly finish all work complete. 4) Chimney cap-Install new chimney cap. PLUMBING 5) Bathroom faucet - Install a new chrome plated Kohler type faucet or equal. 6) Kitchen sink DWV-Install new PVC drain piping at kitchen sink. 7) Remove and replace service entrance cable - Install new electric service entrance cable. 8) Bathroom GFI - Install a new ground-fault protected outlet in bathroom. 9) Kitchen GFI - Install two new ground-fault protected outlets in kitchen.
