Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Saginaw, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.
The Project consists of an 8-foot-wide crushed stone footpath, boardwalk and pier, pavilion, maintenance crossing area, split-rail fencing, benches, picnic area, and trash bins. This project is funded with a Michigan Department of Natural Resources (DNR) Trust Fund Grant. All relevant State and/or Federal requirements will apply. This project does not require Davis-Bacon wage rates. Parks, Recreation, Athletic & Aquatic Facilities The Project consists of approximately 3,800 linear feet of an 8-foot-wide crushed stone footpath, boardwalk and pier, pavilion, split-rail fencing, bench shades, benches, picnic tables, trash bins, and a construction access drive. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing via email only to cynthia.todd@spicergroup.com with a copy sent to Project Assistant at jodie.hebner@spicergroup.com. All email questions must be received by 5:00 P.M. on Thursday, May 30, 2024
