Project consists of the following: o A new Headworks Building with metering, sampling, screening, and grit removal, o Two (2) 55' diameter concrete primary clarifiers, o A primary sludge pump station/stormwater station with grinders, rotary lobe pumps, submersible pumps, o A new concrete 2.4 MG oxidation ditch with vertical aerators and a building, o A new 55' diameter concrete secondary digester tank with cover, gas handling equipment and an attached building. o Replacing a digester cover on an existing 35' diameter tank, handrails, existing building modifications and gas handling equipment, o An addition to the existing electrical building, o Replacement of final effluent and chlorinated effluent pumps, o Sludge handling facilities including a heat exchanger, boiler, grinders, sludge transfer pump, p o Piping, valves, gates, stairs, grating, manholes, catch basins, bypass pumping, hvac, o Electrical, instrumentation and controls, o Minor demolition and removals of existing piping, equipment and modifications to existing structures and buildings. o A new gas service and an electrical service upgrade from Consumers Energy, o Sitework including asphalt paving, concrete sidewalks, site lighting, grading and restoration.
