The Professional will transmit to all prospective bidders of record an Addendum as the Professional considers necessary in response to questions arising at the conference. Oral statements may not be relied upon and will not be legally effective. The Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder giving adequate security for the performance of the work and meeting all conditions represented in the Instructions to Bidders. The Contract completion date and the terms of payment will be announced at the time and place of letting. If no satisfactory bids are received, we reserve the right to reject any and all bids and to adjourn to a time and location as we shall announce. Said Drain is a tiled drain approximately 6,100 feet in length with and average depth of 8 feet. This Notice of Letting, the plans, specifications, and bid proposal shall be considered a part of the contract. Estimated Cost: $1,550,000 Question Deadline 04/25/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing.
