Renovation of an educational facility in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of May 30, 2024 project was awarded to Stewart Builders , but awarded amount is not available. Katy Independent School District to select a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR), via a One-Step Request for Proposals (RFP) process for the following projects resulting from the 2023 bond referendum: Comprehensive Renovations to Bear Creek Elementary School. Questions regarding the RFP should be directed in writing via email to Trey Barnett, Facilities, Planning and Construction atjohnwbarnett@katyisd.org. The Katy Independent School District reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all Request for Qualification Submittals. Construction budget is $16 million. Pre-construction services would begin in May 2024, with “work” to commence March 2025, with a completion date no later than August 1, 2026.
