The Town of Nantucket, acting through the Nantucket Memorial Airport Commission is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for a new single story, Type V construction, modular dormitory structure encompassing 3,500 square feet of finished space over a full unfinished basement and foundation. Interior spaces will include eight sleeping rooms with ensuite baths, common living area, dining, laundry, kitchen and common spaces. A one-bedroom apartment is also included. Contractor shall provide sitework, driveway, utility connections, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and all trades to complete the project.
