MH, Type I-P (0'-6') 3 EACH 8" Sanitary Sewer 558 LF Question Deadline 04/08/2024 at 10:30 AM CT All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documentsshall be submitted only through the City of Topekas e-Procurement System at least 10 calendar days prior to the opening of Bids. Bidders shall take note of requirements for notification of MBE's and WBE's as stated in paragraph 24 of the Instruction to Bidders.
