Renovation of an educational facility in North Quincy, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 10,000-square-foot educational facility.
Seeking sealed bids for the removal and replacement of 10,000 SF of existing roofing and associated components, as well as reconfiguration of two multi-fixture toilet rooms at Montclair Elementary School Roof Replacement Project. Estimated Cost $1,625,000.00 Partial Roof replacement of the Montclair Elementary School. Included in this work is removal/replacement of roofing, insulation, flashings, associated hazardous material abatement, roof drain repair, coping removal and reinstallation, misc. metals, and new overflow drains associated with the new roof installation. The roof area is approximately 8,000 sq ft. The work also includes the reconfiguration of two multi-fixture toilet rooms.
