Renovation of an educational facility in North Quincy, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work of this contract includes but is not limited to removal and replacement of the existing Francis Parker Elementary School boilers. Included in this work are: new steam and condensing boilers, pumps, boiler feed unit, separators, expansion tanks, filter feeders, compressor, dryer, mixing valves, BMS, TAB, and associated electrical. General Bidders must be certified by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) for HVAC. Estimated Cost $1,100,000.00 Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. General Bid Deadline 6/13/24 Time 11:00 A.M. The work must be substantially completed by 8/30/25.
