Demolition, site work and addition to a municipal facility in Enterprise, Oregon. Completed plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
This ITB is to establish a contract for the construction of a shop for the Wenaha Wildlife Area Residence. The Work will include all all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, permits, and services to construct the garage. Contractor shall provide all necessary expertise, labor, equipment, materials, incidentals, and permits required to complete the Project as more fully described in the Contract Documents, including: 1. Excavation and drilling of post holes. 2. Installation of post frame, purlins and girders, trusses, and roof sheathing. 3. Installation of doors and windows. 4. Installation of metal roof and wall siding. 5. Installation of concrete slab and apron. Liquidated damages of $500.00 per day will apply to the Contract resulting from this ITB for failure to complete the project by the Substantial Completion Date The single point of contact (SPC) for questions regarding the ITB, forms, bidding processes, changes, clarifications, requests for brand approval, substitution requests, the award processes, protests, and any other issues that may arise, is Marcus Jones at (503) 947-6137 or email Marcus.Jones@odfw.oregon.gov. SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION: No later than June 21, 2024 FINAL COMPLETION: No later than June 28, 2024.
