The Work for this Project includes full reconstruction of S.E. Eugene and Residence Streets with approximately 1,300 linear feet of new curb and gutter. The approximate area of reconstructed roadway will be 1,450 square yards and will be reconstructed with 3 inches of asphalt concrete pavement over 6 inches of base rock. The Work will begin at the 1st Street and S.E. Eugene Street intersection and extend to the Residence Street and Fairview Street intersection. In addition to the roadway improvements, the Project includes the installation of two catch basins that will connect to the existing stormwater system near the 1st Street and S.E.
