Enterprise Cold Storage Roof Repairs. Solicitation documents are available on the State of Oregon's e-Procurement system. The resulting contract is for a public works project subject to prevailing wage rates, in accordance with ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. The following range is a Project estimate for bonding purposes: $100,000 to $250,000 The purpose of this ITB is to establish a contract for Enterprise Cold Storage Roof Repairs (the "Project") for the benefit of the Oregon Department of Transportation ("ODOT") (the "Contract"). The work to be performed under the Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, permits, and services for and incidental to the completion of all construction work in connection with the Project in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. The work, includes, but is not limited to: The replacement of the roofing and the addition of sheathing and vapor barrier. This project is being bid with a base bid and an add alternate see Exhibit 5 and Exhibit 8 for further details. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. QA date - 4-8-2026 Deadline for solicitation protests, requests for change, requests for clarification, requests for approval of equivalents, and questions 7 calendar days prior to the Bid Opening Date identified in OregonBuys for this ITB.
