Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Enterprise, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a 6,305-square-foot retail development; for site work for a retail development; and water / sewer project.

The project is expected to be awarded on July 14th,2025** The Project Includes the Following Work: The Work for This Contract Involves the Construction of a 6,305 Square Foot Pre-engineered Metal Building That Includes a Wash Bay, Main Bay, and a Covered Storage Area. The Work Includes Excavation for the Building Foundation; Construction of a Reinforced Concrete Foundation System; Water and Drain Piping; Building Construction; Installation of a Pressure Washer System, Building Heating and Ventilation, and Electrical; and Site Work; Together With All Other Work Required to Complete the Project as Shown on the Drawings and Specified Herein. The Contractor Will Be Subject to the Davis-bacon Act (40usc276a) and the Applicable Provisions of Ors 279c.800 Through Ors 279c.870 (the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law). This Project is Being Funded in Part Through the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality's Clean Water State Revolving Fund and the City of Enterprise.
