Renovation of a residential development in Gardner, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Remove and replace exterior door, frame, sidelight and accessible door hardware. Estimated Cost: 16K GENERAL SCOPE OF THE WORK A. The Work of the Contract consists of. 1. Remove and dispose of existing door and frame as shown on the drawings. 2. Return existing related hardware to the Housing Authority. 3. Provide and install new existing door and frame as shown on the drawings and as described in the specifications. 4. Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated not to be done. 5. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 6. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. B. Execution of Work: Work to be performed in timely and workmanlike fashion. Site must be cleaned up daily with access needed for overnight. C. Warranties/Guaranties: see technical specifications. The Contractor shall perform all Work required by the Contract Documents for prepared by GCE Architecture acting as and referred to in the Contract Documents as the Architect/Engineer.
